Some places just seem to attract happy people, Le Cap Horn is one of them. AlpineBooker sat down for a long lunch on a snowy day. Too bad though because the terrace here almost has a legendary status in Courchevel. This is the place where people meet during lunch and have drinks at the end of their day in the mountains. Le Cap Horn offers a prestigious wine and champagne collection including the best chateaux (all in stock). The menu is lists a combination of French classics, local dishes and luxury gourmet food. We do advise you to take a good look at the rotisserie inside… spiced chickens turning slowly above a fire stoked grill! One of our favorite dishes here is the truffle chicken, it is in fact as good as it sounds! Order a nice Bordeaux to accompany it and you’ll be done skiing for the rest of the day. Le cap horn is one of Courchevels’ hotspots and it shows why.

Being located next to the small airport (that is mainly used to land heli’s and smaller aircraft) it is the best place to have apres ski-drinks including a breathtaking sunset accompanied by some nice tunes.
