This is what they call 'New Alpine Cuisine' and to be honest...it's just amazing. This is the Alps on a plate my friend, think of culinary high level cooking with daily fresh top class products. The restaurant of the Cambrian hotel is one of the best in the region and serves a 'seasonal committed menu'.
We had a four course menu and enjoyed every bite!
