You can track your speed both in the goggle and on their computer, review individual runs, see vertical and horizontal distance covered, track their air time, view the temperature, and more. The top of the line Z3 GPS Live is Bluetooth enabled, and connects to your phone putting Caller ID, text messages, buddy tracking, trail maps and navigation all in your goggles.
