The hotel has a very rich history of over 100 years old and the entire property was redecorated by interior designer Federica Palacios to create a luxurious setting combining modern design with the rich heritage of the hotel. These things still show for example by the fact that the old lift is still there.
On a culinary level the hotel does not give in as well. There are several in house restaurants to choose from offering you all kinds of dining experiences. The main restaurant is called.... Restaurant! In this contemporary setting, the most beautiful products of the region are served like cheese and meats accompanied by some great vintage wines selected by the Chef Sommelier. The most interesting place in the hotel for fooedies is called Chubut where Chef Agustín Brañas pushes the boundaries of live fire cuisine and produces a menu that is both elegant and true. Furthermore there are several bars throughout the hotel that come to live at night serving cocktails and premium spirits.
